- Orders are collected before shipment arrives
- Placing an order does not guarantee immediate availability
- Orders are fulfilled after shipment clears customs and reaches Texas
2. Shipment Delays
- Delivery timelines may be affected by customs clearance, airline delays, weather, or supplier issues
- Estimated pickup dates are subject to change
3. Pickup Notifications
- Customers will receive WhatsApp, email, or text notification when orders are ready
- Notification will include pickup address, pickup time, and payment instructions if not already paid
4. Pickup Window
- Orders should be picked up within a certain timeframe, such as 24 to 48 hours after notification
- If not picked up, quality cannot be guaranteed
5. Inspection at Pickup
- Customers should inspect their mangoes at pickup
- Damaged or spoiled mangoes should be reported immediately before leaving
6. Missed Pickups
- If a customer misses pickup without contacting you, the order may be canceled without refund because mangoes are perishable
7. Local Pickup Agents
- Orders may be distributed through authorized local pickup agents in different cities
- Pickup addresses may vary for each shipment
