Is this a full-time commitment?
No. This is a seasonal, flexible independent contractor opportunity during mango season (April through July). You only need a few hours per week, typically around shipment arrival days. No minimum assignments or earnings are guaranteed.
How much can I earn?
You earn a commission on every box you deliver to customers. Exact rates are shared during onboarding. High-volume agents may qualify for tier-based increases. Payments are made weekly via electronic transfer.
Do I need to buy any inventory?
No. We provide everything. Sealed mango boxes are delivered to your designated pickup location before each shipment. You simply store them briefly and hand them over to customers during their pickup window. Zero investment required.
What training is required?
We provide a quick online onboarding session plus food handling guidelines. The entire training takes about 30 minutes. You will also get access to your agent dashboard and our WhatsApp support group for ongoing help.
Where can I set up as a pickup point?
Your pickup location must be approved by Swadeshi Mangoes and must comply with applicable local rules, property rules, HOA rules if applicable, and food-safety requirements. Suitable locations include a private residence, community space, or other approved indoor location with clean, pest-free, smoke-free storage maintained between 60 and 75 degrees Fahrenheit.
