3. Pickup Notifications

  • Customers will receive WhatsApp, email, or text notification when orders are ready
  • Notification will include pickup address, pickup time, and payment instructions if not already paid

4. Pickup Window

  • Orders should be picked up within a certain timeframe, such as 24 to 48 hours after notification
  • If not picked up, quality cannot be guaranteed

5. Inspection at Pickup

  • Customers should inspect their mangoes at pickup
  • Damaged or spoiled mangoes should be reported immediately before leaving

6. Missed Pickups

  • If a customer misses pickup without contacting you, the order may be canceled without refund because mangoes are perishable

7. Local Pickup Agents

  • Orders may be distributed through authorized local pickup agents in different cities
  • Pickup addresses may vary for each shipment
